Kronospan Becomes Sole Owner of Danish Chemical Producer Nordalim A/S
Kronospan ApS is pleased to announce that on July 1st, 2025 it finalized the acquisition of the remaining 50 % shares in Nordalim A/S from Dynea A/S, making Kronospan ApS the sole owner of the Danish-based chemical producer. This strategic move reflects Kronospan’s ongoing commitment to strengthen its position in the chemical market for wood panel and construction industries. With this procurement, Kronospan ApS will fully integrate Nordalim A/S into its global operations to support Kronospan’s long-term growth strategy.
