Kronospan has exciting opportunities for Management Trainees in our Future Leaders Program to join the Technical or Commercial teams based in any Kronospan location. These are full-time, permanent positions offering an attractive compensation package along with continued training, support and career development.

Key Responsibilities
You will experience all and ultimately be responsible for one of the following areas of the business – Accounting, Finance, Engineering, HR, Logistics, Purchasing, Production or Sales & Marketing. You will be involved in specific projects and contribute significantly to increased efficiency, productivity and profitability within the company.
Requirements
Educated to a degree level, you will be creative, committed and courageous. We need people who can break new ground, willingly take on real responsibility and achieve results.
We are particularly interested in graduates of:
- Wood Science Engineering
- Accounting, Finance, Business Studies or Economics
- Mechanical, Electrical or Chemical Engineering
It is essential to have strong English communication skills or knowledge of other foreign languages.
We also welcome applications from those with first-level experience within the wood-based panel or related industries who wish to advance their careers with the industry’s world leader.
