Every new generation brings a new way of looking at the world. Kronospan believes that staying true to its core values and enriching and implementing them in everything it does is a key factor in future success.
OSB Next Generation is not just a new product but a change in our philosophy of creating OSB panels. For the first time now we are introducing recycled wood into the production process, as well as incorporating a new system of drying wood strands at low temperature, which dramatically reduces VOCs.
We've created OSB Next Generation to meet the demands of the market, but also to fulfil the needs of the end-consumers and future generations. Kronospan Luxembourg has invested in a new technology to create an innovative product that respects the environment and natural resources and is produced in accordance to the current OSB standards.
To achieve this innovation we used our wealth of experience and knowledge in sustainable production and recycling technologies. In addition, to make such an ambitious project possible, Kronospan Luxembourg invested in a completely new OSB line, new facilities and cutting edge equipment. We implemented a whole new concept not just of producing OSB lines but of building factories in general. All with one ultimate goal - to create a high quality product that meets OSB standards while respecting the environment and our natural resources.
