In the heart of Schwendi, Germany a new residential complex presents a modern, elegant facade that combines mixed materials with thoughtful architectural accents. As part of this design, Kronoart compact boards were used for specific facade elements facing the street and for smaller outdoor units on terraces and balconies, enhancing both the building’s appearance and functional performance.

The K6299 BS Cobalt Grey decor was selected to harmonize with the building’s combination of metal, render, tiles, and paint, creating a cohesive and contemporary exterior. By applying Kronoart selectively rather than across the entire facade, the project achieves subtle architectural highlights that draw attention to street-facing elements and outdoor utility areas.
