Exhibition stand with purpose: KAESERS’s bold contrasts and smart design

A showcase of innovation and design

For their participation at Hannover Messe in Germany, KAESER Kompressoren presented an exhibition stand that reflected the company’s dedication to energy efficiency, sustainability, and smart technology in compressed air solutions. The booth featured intelligent compressed air systems, heat recovery solutions, and a hybrid model of a miniature compressor station with 3D-animated applications - all integrated within a striking architectural environment.

Kronospan materials in action

To meet the technical and aesthetic requirements of such a large-scale build, the stand was constructed using a combination of Kronodesign melamine-faced particleboard (PB) and Kronobuild OSB tongue-and-groove panels.

• The interior wall paneling in the second level and in the meeting rooms is executed entirely in K101 Front White, ensuring a bright, clean, and minimalistic backdrop.

• The exterior walls, ceilings, and columns were realized with the Kronodesign MF particleboard in decor 0164 Anthracite, a darker tone within the grey palette. Used as a dominant backdrop color, Anthracite creates contrast with the white walls and yellow accents. Its subtle metallic sheen gives the surfaces depth, appearing almost black under certain lighting, yet fading elegantly into grey.

• 0134 Sunshine PE was introduced to balance the dark tones and to reflect KAESER’s corporate identity. This joyful, luminous yellow highlighted key displays and the reception desk on the first floor. It also dominates the second floor, including the loggia – an open, terrace-like area. Together with 0164 Anthracite, 0134 Sunshine echoes the brand’s signature color palette of dark grey and yellow, bringing vibrancy and energy to the space.

• The supporting structure of the stand was built with Kronobuild OSB 3 tongue and groove (18 mm), chosen for its structural strength, stability, compact format and straightforward installation.

In total, over 6,000 m² of material was used, underlining the scale and ambition of the project.

Exhibition architecture with a purpose

The resulting stand not only provides space for product demonstrations and discussions but also embodies KAESER’s core values - precision, innovation, and sustainability - through its design and material concept.
