Antonio’s journey at Kronospan is a story of growth, ambition, and international impact. Starting in Sales Back Office, he progressed to Area Sales Manager, now overseeing markets across LATAM, Africa, and the Middle East.

Over the past years, he has played a key role in connecting Kronospan’s manufacturing strength in Germany with partners around the world - developing new markets, building lasting relationships, and driving business forward.

What motivates him is the energy of a fast-paced environment, a strong can-do culture, and the trust to take initiative. For Antonio, success comes from thinking globally and acting with purpose every day.

Radu is a set and stage design intern at the Kronospan Design Center in Bucharest, where creativity meets hands-on experience. As part of the team, he works with a wide range of decorative boards, construction materials, and flooring solutions.

During his internship, Radu contributes to design projects while also engaging directly with customers visiting the center. These interactions give him valuable insight into client needs and preferences, helping him refine his approach and create more impactful designs.

For Radu, this experience is more than an internship - it’s a chance to learn, experiment, and grow in a dynamic, real-world environment.

At the Kronospan Design Center Istanbul, Tutku Ekici brings creativity and expertise together as Design Center Responsible. With a background in interior architecture, she supports architects and designers by sharing deep knowledge of materials and helping turn ideas into reality.

Working closely with wood-based panels and the latest decors, Tutku transforms concepts into functional, sustainable, and visually striking interiors. For her, every project is an opportunity to explore new possibilities in design.

The Design Center in Istanbul is rapidly evolving into a vibrant hub for collaboration and inspiration - connecting professionals and shaping the future of design in Türkiye.

Oana has been part of Kronospan since 2008, building a career defined by leadership, commitment, and impact. As CEO of Kronospan Romania, she oversees six companies and also serves as President of the Kronospan Foundation, supporting initiatives that drive social, economic, and cultural development in local communities. She successfully navigates diverse markets and cultures, and her journey reflects the strength of experienced leadership and the global opportunities available at Kronospan.
