Kronospan completes the acquisition of Hexion’s Chemical Plant in La Grande, Oregon Oxford, Alabama
Kronospan is pleased to announce that it has completed the acquisition of Hexion’s chemical plant located in La Grande, Oregon. The closing of this transaction marks a significant step in Kronospan’s ongoing expansion of its North American footprint and reinforces the company’s long-term growth strategy.
The La Grande facility, formerly operated by Hexion, has now officially joined Kronospan’s growing network of production sites.
