Kronospan at EuroShop 2026: Materials That Resonate with Tomorrow’s Retail Trends

At EuroShop 2026, Kronospan delivered a standout presence that captured the attention of international visitors, reflecting the core themes of the world’s premier retail trade fair: innovation in shopfitting and store design, sustainability in materials, and customer centered retail experiences. With around 1,900 exhibitors from more than 60 nations on over 100,000 m² of exhibition space, EuroShop once again served as the global hub where future focused solutions and material innovations converge.

A key draw at Kronospan’s stand was how its material offerings aligned with the fair’s emphasis on sustainable and design driven retail environments. Visitors were particularly impressed by the muted tones, matte uni finishes, and synchronized textures of the Kronodesign trend collection, which resonated with EuroShop’s global retail trend radar for timeless aesthetics and coordinated environments.

In the dimension of shopfitting and store design – the largest segment of EuroShop dedicated to materials, shelving, and surface systems – Kronospan’s large format Rocko Tiles wall panels and elegant Slim Line worktops drew significant attention. Their mix of waterproof performance, ease of installation, and visually compelling finishes mirrored the fair’s call for materials that support flexible modular design and multisensory environments.

Sustainability was another major conversation at EuroShop 2026, and Kronospan’s range underlined its relevance. The Black Line panels, with certified antibacterial surfaces, and solutions engineered for durable, multi purpose use, demonstrated durability and responsible production – topics emphasized by the fair’s focus on longer refurbishment cycles and resource efficiency.

Across EuroShop’s seven experience dimensions – from Retail Technology to Retail Marketing – visitors also engaged with Kronospan’s displays that supported immersive brand storytelling, reflecting a broader trend toward experience oriented retail environments. This included products that integrate with lighting, visual merchandising, and POS systems, reinforcing how material choice impacts the overall retail journey.
