Located at the Euronova Campus in Cologne, the headquarters of MAD Agency reflect the company’s philosophy of cultivating brands with long-term relevance and visual impact. Across more than 1,400 m², the interior architecture creates a strong, forward-looking identit where materials, light, and reflections play a defining role.
Within this dynamic setting, Kronodesign HPL in a brushed metal decor was selected for kitchen frontals and smaller furniture elements, adding a precise metallic accent that aligns seamlessly with the overall design concept.
Brushed Inox: a subtle yet striking design statement
The AL03 Brushed Inox decor introduces a refined metallic surface with a soft, directional texture that interacts beautifully with light. Although used on a limited scale, the material makes a clear visual statement, and enhances the space without overpowering it. Its cool, contemporary appearance resonates strongly with the headquarters’ futuristic ceiling design, inspired by rippling stainless steel, and with the silver-toned seating areas. The result is a cohesive interior design defined by broken reflections, fluid forms, and the play of light.
HPL for everyday use
Beyond aesthetics, Kronodesign High Pressure Laminate (HPL) offers essential functional advantages, making it a particularly suitable material for kitchen environments in professional workspaces:
• High durability and impact resistance, ideal for daily use
• Resistant to scratches, stains, and moisture, supporting long-term performance
• Easy to clean and maintain, ensuring hygiene and efficiency
• Color and surface stability, preserving its metallic look over time
These qualities ensure that even in high-use areas, the material maintains its premium appearance while meeting practical requirements.
