The wood processing company Kronospan is the world leader in the area of wood panel production. For the successful production the company uses the modern equipment, and the main thing, knowledge got by specialists of the company during training and practice both in Russia and at European factories.
In 2014 in partnership with the Egorievsk branch of the Moscow state technical University "STANKIN" the company Kronospan began the dual training program. The essence of the program is that students of "STANKIN" have possibility to study at the University and to work at the factory Kronospan, applying so at the same time theoretical knowledge in the practice during working at the Kronospan production. All students studying under the dual training program are officially employed in the company Kronospan, and "STANKIN" makes training schedule taking into account working hours of the students at the factory. In addition to getting practical experience the students of the dual training system have possibility to start their career in the international company before obtaining high education diploma.
In 2016 the dual training program gained the new level: into the training schedule of the Egorievsk branch of the Moscow state technical University "STANKIN" as regards the direction 151900 "Construction and technological provision of machinery production" profile "Technology of machinery production" training subjects were included which are directly connected with the Kronospan production. These subjects are: 1) "Chemistry of timber, synthetic polymers and gluing materials" 2) "Environment protection at wood processing factories", 3) "Technologies of wood processing productions", 4) "Equipment of wood processing industry" 5) "Projecting wood processing productions". A part of trainings in these subjects undertake the specialists of the company Kronospan. First of all, it refers to practical trainings which are directly hold at the factory.
The selection of the subjects is caused by constant development of technologies and products of the company Kronospan, what offers to the market only qualitative and environmentally friendly goods and ensures the full cycle of wood processing excluding emission of contaminants to the atmosphere.
In the 2nd semester 2016 specialists of the company Kronospan hold trainings and checked knowledge of the students of the 2nd academic year in "STANKIN" in the subjects Chemistry of timber, synthetic polymers and gluing materials" and "Environment protection at wood processing factories"

The further cooperation of the company Kronospan and "STANKIN" in 2016-2017 academic year is to be intended as follows:

a) practical trainings and lectures in the subjects "Chemistry of timber, synthetic polymers and gluing materials", "Environment protection at wood processing factories" - for students of the 2nd academic year;
b) practical trainings and lectures in the subject "Equipment of wood processing industry" - for students of the 4th academic year;
c) practical trainings and lectures in the subject "Technologies of wood processing productions" - for students of the 3rd academic year;
d) practical trainings and lectures in the subject "Projecting wood processing productions" - for students of the 3rd academic year.
